Metal spinning is a special method of sheet metal forming. The principle is that the spindle drives the billet and the die core to rotate, and then the spinning wheel applies pressure to the rotating billet. Due to the rotary motion of the spindle and the longitudinal and transverse feeding motion of the tool, this local plastic deformation is gradually extended to the whole blank, thus obtaining hollow rotating parts of various shapes.
Spinning includes ordinary spinning and powerful spinning. Spinning machine has manual spinning machine and CNC spinning machine, CNC spinning machine, whether processing accuracy, size, surface finish or smoothness are far beyond the early manual spinning machine.
